Excerpt from article: During the Company's nationwide teleconference yesterday, Ronn Schuman, CEO, Michael Robbins, Chief Arcetect of Connectyx and William E. Carlson, Director of Connectyx Technologies, were able to update the financial community about developments within the Company including marketing campaigns, competitive advantage, sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.During the Teleconference, Mr. Schuman explained how Connectyx, in his opinion, is no longer a start-up company, and the MedFlash(R) product is developed, functional, and has members in all 50 states. He stated that the Company's goal is to have 1.2 million subscribers/members by the end of 2011. Mr. Schuman discussed that MedFlash is being sold in dozens of well-known retail outlets including portions of national drug store and grocery store chains that include 280 Walgreen's locations in Orlando, Harry Teeter's, Fred Myer, amongst others. He stated that over the past 4 months, Connectyx has built and deployed what it believes to be a fully functional e-commerce system for its member renewal programs and the Company continues generating revenues since the product's launch. Mr. Schuman discussed the additions to the Company's advisory board with Dr. Bob Arnot, Chief Medical Educator at Connectyx, and Dr. James R. Taylor. Dr. Arnott has worked with several NBC and CBS programs. He is responsible for the medical education and video content for the MedFlash Portal and website. Dr. Taylor has an extensive background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical field and has conducted presentations at institutions such as the University of Florida.Mr. Schuman also mentioned that part of Connectyx Technologies' marketing objectives are to continue to building its distribution channels, which is necessary to capture a significant portion of the quickly emerging PHM market.
